I just picked up my first vise for restoration. It’s an old Wilton Shop King with tons of life. The 4 1/2” jaws look great, but there’s tons of rust. I’m out of town but I’ll post pics before I start. The only thing missing is the swivel nut on the base. Right now there is a carriage bolt...

Thanks Mark - My next project is finding a drill press to restore... so I can use it. Might be a bit before I can fabricate this, but measurements are welcomed. When I get back from a business trip I'll post the before and update with the after.

I just picked up an old beater (4") for $30. It's missing the swivel lock and nut on the base. Any suggestions on where to find a replacement? Love this forum by the way.
