Might seem moot but this is Japanese and not Chinese. I can read both... And you really dont need all that attachment. As long as you have an off-centered 3 point mill bit you should be able to do it.

I bought my Bosch 18V drill, impact driver, sawzall, 2 circular saws and a hammer drill when it was on fire sale last year. I loved it, and after all the abuse so far, its still doing good. The only down side was when somebody stole my circular saw, hammer drill, and about six of my batteries...

The best mesh style gutter guard I've seen so far is the Mastershield. Consumers report has great reviews on it as well. I have a similar product on my gutters right now. They work fairly well but not as well as I hoped.

Well, HD had a cart / cabinet combo a few weeks back. For the number of drawers on it, I thought it was a better buy for only 179.99. Don't know if they still have it for that price or not.
