i just straightend my garage it was out about 2 1/2 in. i had to replace one whole side's sill board and sister in some new 2x4 about 6 of them just to be safe i jacked up the back half first then the front half thinking that would take care of it....not i ended up using an 3/4 in I bolt a chain...

exactly what i was thinking i'm in about the same boat with my garage i've already jacked up the side that had droped because the sill was rotten and some of the 2x4's but my over head door opening is out of wack that's my next project i've never done anything like this before so i'm really nervous
