I appreciate the feedback. Reason I've been wanting to keep the door up is so that I can work on things slowly, not have to worry about getting the door back up in the evening if I don't finish the project. It's a 230lb 4 panel 16' door. Not too easy to dismantle without help.

Thank you all for the replies. Yeah, I was hoping to use the low speed setting to put the lug nuts back on (manual says low speed is about 50fl/lbs), and finish off with a torque wrench. I'll try spraying it a bit tonight with Seafoam Deep Creep, and see if it helps.

Same here; I have the steel version as well, and I recommend it. The aluminum jacks weighs around 55lbs, while the steel version is 70lbs. That's only a 15lb difference; not sure if 15lbs if worth the extra $100 dollars.

I would wait a few more days for everything to dry out; maybe even add a fan to circular the air. I waited 7 days during the warm summer months for my concrete to dry after I powered-washed/etched it.

I'm in the same boat. I want something on my floor to absorb snow and rain; but everything is pretty expensive. I've been thinking about purchasing a commercial carpet, with a rubber backing. That should absorb well, and then I can powerwash it come spring time... hmmm

No flakes for me, just kept it simple. I figured if I ever needed to touch up any areas in the future, it would be easier with the flakes in the way. But IMHO both look great. Though if you plan on clear coating, I think flakes are a good choice.
