How did you thermal break the slab at the garage doors?

So why overkill the foam density? Foamular 250 is 25psi which is 3600 PSF, still overkill, really, yet 1/2 the cost of higher density 40 psi board.

Sorry for the response to an old post but did you insulate around your sump pump(s)? I plan to use some sort of foam stripping like a thick sill seal. Just curious what you did. Didin't see it listed anywhere...

Ok I poured the footings today for mine. Getting close. I think I will separate the garage slab and apron completely with foam (no 2" overpour) and use epoxy over the top or a sealant to make that transition on top of the foam more durable and water/insect resistant. I'd appreciate any last...
