+1 I have 2 Longacre gauges, they are great!!!

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Shredded a bunch of obsolete financial documents.

    Interior garage walls

I'd definitely insulate it, maybe use some 4 inch groove plywood paneling, put side walls with grooves going vertical and front wall maybe with grooves going horizontal just for an interesting look. I'd paint the floor and run the paint right up the stem wall. Whatever you do will definitely...

    Garage door

Front-load versus side-load I think is one way to say it. The locale where I am, the front of my house does not face the street, it faces the lake... that's according to the shape and orientation of my house and the village inspector. My garage door faces the lake so it is a front-load, but...

To label, or not to label (toolbox drawers)

It sounds like a very serious problem... drawers getting worn out searching for your tool. :ROFLMAO: My wife makes me use labels!

How would you move this machine?

+1 I had a 750 pound safe moved into my garage this way one time... Boom tow truck lifted it off the delivery truck (no lift gate) and backed up my driveway and deposited it just inside the garage door. easy peasy!

    The Original "Cordless" Drills

Well I knew what to expect, but something in my mind was hoping it was going to be about a gasoline engine powered cordless drill.:ROFLMAO: The reason I was hoping to see that is back when I was a kid our neighbor came home with a "cordless" reciprocating saw... it was like a big chainsaw...

Garage doors: Call me crazy, but I think I'm building my own

No BT or TV screens unfortunately, but it is about the best built door I've ever seen and it will be the last garage door I ever buy. It did include installation and the opener... and the GC probably added his %. Plus, the first one I spec'd for this build came in at $18k... that is madness x...

Garage doors: Call me crazy, but I think I'm building my own

I'd say if you're on a budget go for it. My Clopay 18x7 with R18 insulation took 6 months to arrive and cost $9K installed 😖😖😖

To label, or not to label (toolbox drawers)

Labels for me. The validation for me was when I toured Riley Technologies and all their pit toolboxes were labeled. If it's good enough for Riley it's good enough for me! https://www.rileytech.com/

    Calendar picture's

Not yet, but I'm going to. I have a ton of big fancy calendars with some awesome artwork and I'm planning to trim the pics from the calendars and hang them somehow in the garage. Not sure if I'm going to frame them ($$) or find a way to just paste them to the wall.

What to include, new build home

That's a waste of time... my wife and I both work from home... 3 computers, 2 iphones, 1 ipad, Apple TV, Roku TV, Denon reciever... NONE of them have a wired connection to the network and all work flawlessly.

Snapon Epiq, the modular solution to avoid loosing money trading up boxes

Bought this a few years ago from Sears for less than $700 on-sale... SnapOn price would likely have been 10x that.
