I just bought a nice metal chair to match my new desk. It's a Good Form made by the General Fireproofing Co. of Youngstown, OH. It's in great condition, but I will have it recovered.
The "tilt" mechanism seems to be missing some parts. Can anyone supply a parts diagram or pics of their own...

Does anyone know when they began manufacturing tanker desks? I seem to remember reading something about the WWII era, but I don't remember where I read that.

It's tough to tell from the one cluttered photo, but if the graphics are connected to a workbench, I would say PLEASE DON'T SCRAP IT!
Where are you located? Someone here who is close to you could get eyes-on and give a better evaluation.
