Actually they are the inside freezer panels like on the inside of a walk in cooler. They are 4' wide by 8' and 10' long 1/4" plate on the outside and inside and 3 3/4" of compressed insulation R38 value. They are heavy and hard to work with, but when all is said and done it was well worth it...

That's all the cars we have for now. I can't afford anymore, although we are always looking. Went way, way, way over budget. Dave

It started as a pole barn and I went way deep. The freezer panels are heavy, but the 4" panel gives you the same R value as a 12" wall. I have a contact that does freezer panel work. These panels are used and some are beat up. ( you fill the holes and dents with caulk and sand ) I hung them...

Believe it or not... the inside walls are walk-in freezer panels. They are 4" thick 1/4" steel plate inside and out and 3 1/2" of compessed fibreglass They have an R38 rating I used 2 part epoxy paint and it was a lot of painting 3,150' of wall area but's it hard as a rock and covers great...

    Hardie siding question

I just finished my garage 40 X 65, 15' high. I used hardi board horizontal on the bottom and 4 X 10 sheets on the top over USB board. One thing about the 4 X 10 is that they are heavy and hard to work, but they look great and are very durable. Good Luck Dave
