Wow! I built my 30x40x12 mostly myself. I hired out the foundation pour, sheeting and spray foam insulation I have about 18k in it. I've had several quotes for 20-25k for a turn-key shell. I can't imagine it costing another 110k+ to finish it out.
I've used them on several different houses I have decked and used them for my interior walls on my shop as well. They are almost invisible and make the job really easy.
Yep, it's basically a "Z" shape. I sketched up what I wanted with dimensions and took it with me when I ordered my sheet metal for the shop. They were able to fab it up that day. $1/lf hemmed on the lower edge similar to the pic below.

Yep, I meant keeping the heat out. I chose the spray foam for the rigidity and sealing properties. Sure, it's more $$ but the benefits outweigh the costs. Especially in this Texas heat!
