Stressed aluminum micro fractures and many/most times you will find that even if you do everything right, you will be chasing cracks forever.
Others will disagree but it is what it is.
Those are commodity endmills in standard lengths. They're Accupro on top of that.
Its not worth the time and expense to resharpen and/or re-coat those.

I have MIG welders set up with both, but I prefer the flex neck. At some point in time I will convert the others, just haven't done it yet.
Flex TIG torches are my favorite and I even keep a brand new spare on hand, just in case.
They offer some adaptability that can help you do quality work...
The only thing I wish I did sooner was build the garage.
But in that garage, my most appreciated things I did were the following:
Over the top insulation & a thermostat
Vidmar cabinets and other organizational/storage things
Quite a few high quality hose reels and electric cord reels

Some of the justifications for people in favor of drill presses is comical at best.
Not having the space, need, or knowledge for a mill = all pretty good reasons.
Some of the others are just sad excuses for people trying to justify inferior equipment.

Love the B5100. I've got a B6100 I rebuilt/restored a couple years ago. There's a thread on it somewhere here.
I would pay out the nose for a loader like yours. Haven't been able to find any at a reasonable price within a reasonable drive, though.
