Update: got ahold of a local snap on man and got replacement locks only downfall is they are the new flank drive locks but overall I'm very happy as they didn't cost me a thing!

Thanks everyone I will look into getting a replacement key for bottom box. Unfortunately i have to get whole new lock for top box as i was told it's broken.
