Re: Hoa - shed / tool/storage room This is what I did. I have an HOA as well and didnt allow 'sheds' of any kind, but I was allowed to make an 'addition' to my house. Had to get a permit from the city, etc. and it was approved by my HOA. The only entrance is going out my back door in my garage...

I have installed the Racedeck Tuff-Shield in my garage and I use the Wet Swiffer mop to clean up any markings/messes on my floor. Jimmy
