good call on the nitrogen i forget to add that in and i dont see getting away with out any brazing unless both in and outdoor units are flare fittings if thats the case i might consider getting some leak lock for the threads just for some added assurance of no leaks.make sure you leak check it...

use a tubing bender and if you have to cut and coupler the lines make sure you braze the lines do not sweat them with soft soldier all your connections should be brazed.

love my channellocks i have probably 10 pair ive acquired over the years i do hvac and i use channellocks pretty much everyday. love'em

i would put windows in for the natural lite and ventilation but i would put them up high so that they can not be easily accessed from outside for security purposes. i have windows in my garage and i really like having them and use them quite often.
