What do you think that the minimum size should be for a one car garage? I'm very limited on space on my new property, so just wondering. 15 X 20?

I've heard that $100 per sq ft. does that seem feasible? I'm not looking for the garagemahal, but a nice 20 X 30 or so with some ammenities like a heated floor. $6000 - $10,000 seem reasonable or am I going to spend more?

Can you get those insulated? Looks like it would be a refridgerator in the winter, burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Do you have enough clearance for a lift?

Radiant heating in the floor. At least a 12' ceiling for a lift, multi level car storage.
