I bought my Liftmaster 3800 off of Amazon for a reasonable price and also got the remote keypad, and two keychain style remotes. Took way less time to put up than conventional opener.
Is there any disadvantage to running 3 conductor with a ground to 14-50R receptacles in my garage for my 220 needs and change the plugs on my 220 appliances? I already have a 50ft extension cord for my RV with these plugs and I would prefer everything to be standard. Thanks in advance.
