Not US but I've had great luck with my Makita 18v LXT line. The brushless recipro specifically has been super durable. I still have the 'ol Porter-Cable corded Tiger Saw beastie if needed, which is rare.

Putting in another vote for Coretec for use in a garage because it is inert. Does not expand and contract, very stable, waterproof, virtually indestructible. The only downside is if you weld. The stuff's not fireproof and will melt. Ask me how I know. :)

Great info in this thread- thanks- looking at doing a flush install but with a used Rotary scissor. ALI approved. The holes will only be about 4 inches deep instead of 13. Less digging, less concrete, smaller hole to fall into, etc...
