    Let's see your toolbox.

Awesome job on that wrap! The box looks night and day different! Why did you switch the logos though? Just curious...I think the box looks better with how you have them now then before.

    Tool box colors

I like black and dark gray boxes the best, same as with cars. Red is just too old school for me at this point.

    68" Epiq... Should I?

I agree! Nothing wrong with colorful or flashy if that's what you like, but I am not one of those people. I like blacks and grays. The KRL you showed a picture of is sleek and a timeless color that will never go out of fashion. The light gray and black have a nice contrast too.

    68" Epiq... Should I?

I had my black KRL 1023 for 15 years before trading it up for my 84" epiq. I loved it! Minor differences between the masters and the epiq series boxes...You will be more than happy with a KRL series box!

    68" Epiq... Should I?

Thank you very much! It was hard to step away from black, but matte black shows every fingerprint, etc...so gun metal it is then. It is one of the clear coat colors too, so its super deep and smooth. When I first started looking for a new box, I was in a similar position as the OP. Similar...

    Toolbox with a hutch?

You are right, $4200 is a bit much. During the recent promotions, I was quoted around $2500 for an 84" Epiq hutch. I did not go for it as I wasn't sure I wanted one, but now I do so I will wait until a good deal comes around again since they change monthly. I was told maybe January...

    68" Epiq... Should I?

So my new box came in yesterday. I only have one picture so far but will take some more once I get it situated. The set up worked really well for me so I am glad I did it.

    68" Epiq... Should I?

If it isn't right for you, then good call. I generally like the feel of more shallow drawers as well, but I feel like the master's series boxes have too many and the Epiqs don't have enough. If you can wait until the Rock and Roll Truck comes to your area, you can get a box wit ha custom...

    Show us your EPIQ's

My 84" Epic finally arrived yesterday. Sorry for the crappy pictures, I have been moving my garage around to fit everything. It is gun metal gray with titanium trim, blackout option and a custom drawer layout (only slightly custom, as I just replaced a 4" drawer in the middle bank and side...

Identify this Snap On box for me. Story Time

It is a KRA2422, a 55" classic series box. MSRP on that box is around $5,500. Since the box is being sold to you by a Snap on dealer, then it will have a lifetime warranty. The classic series is Snap On's "entry level" tool box, but still a good box. I think $1,200 with your trade in is a...

    68" Epiq... Should I?

Re: 68" Epiq... Should I? Yeah, that makes sense. That is going to be a sweet set up! Keep us updated, I can’t wait to see it!

    68" Epiq... Should I?

I chose gun metal gray with titanium trim and the black out package. I am going to put on red or carbon fiber drawer protectors. I was just re-reading your post and saw your idea about getting four wide drawers, which is a cool idea! I have never seen one like that before, is it even possible?

    68" Epiq... Should I?

My new Epiq is coming next week. I order the same layout but without the power drawer. I also changed the drawer configuration a little bit to get more drawers. I traded the first 4" drawers in the middle and right banks for two 2" drawers in each bank. This way I have three 2" drawers in...

    Let's see your toolbox.

Yes! Lol, just because it’s a tool doesn’t mean I have to run it over with the car to make it cool. Especially with guns, you want them to fire when you need them to, and the best way to ensure that is to keep it cleaned and lubed and rust free. It literally takes less than 5 minutes at the...

    68" Epiq... Should I?

Do what makes you happy man. It's your life and your money, so don't fell the need to justify your purchase to anyone but yourself. $6500 is a good price for that box if it is the size, color and configuration you really want. If it isn't, don't settle for that box because you don't think you...
