Both ends appear to be 15/64 width. Was the c-1514 stamped with 14/64?

I have recently acquired a lot of vintage tools from a garage sale for an incredible deal. it had a lot of ignition wrenches. One of the ignition wrenches I found is a blue point C-1514 15/64 on both ends. I know that the C1514 usually has a 15/64 and a 7/32 but clearly this is a 15/64 on both...
