Hey everyone, Big Maxx is on sale this week. Can anyone comment on reliability vs a Reznor unit? Also, seeing as how the smallest big maxx heater is 50k btu, should I shy away from it, as my space is just shy of 400 sq ft, and really only requires a 30k btu unit?
