Spent 2 hours this afternoon trying to line up my socket to my Yamaha seat bolt nut, I could have sworn it was 10MM well, finally I went and got an 11mm socket and guess what...It fit PERFECT so these are some rare things an 11mm is good for but I always have 7/16 (maybe thats what the nut was...
This idea makes the most sense to me so far.
I completely forgot, this IS FL and when resale time comes around,
the chances that the new homeowner will also be a boat owner are pretty good
(we're 4 blocks from Lake Istopoga, the 2nd largest lake in FL, two boat launches only 5 min away) Or...
I CAN'T. There's a huge pine about 5 foot from the slab location that wife wants to keep, sure I could remove it, and go with a 40X36 and have TWO 16' doors, (lot pictures below) but I know me. I'm like everybody else. If I have any UNUSED space I'll go buy more bikes/vehicles/trailers/boats etc...
I just measured and my Ram is only about 6'3" tall
My garage door on the house is only 7' and it'll fit in there
16x8 or 9 with a 10 ft high garage may be the ticket?
You're right...it IS
I'm about in the camp of a 16' double door now
possibly a 10' high garage
Every reply says do the 16'
If I want to horse a couple bikes around and move in and out I might appreciate that big open space in front
Hot Rod, you're probably right.
The 10' high option is only little over $500 more.
Appreciate everyone's input so I can make the best decision.
cause once it's up I'll have to live with it.
I see your point, but the biggest thing that might EVER go in there is my 1500 Ram Big Horn 4x4. Would also be easier to just drive 2 vehicles straight in.
Not discounting the 16' option, but is the 2 8x8 option even POSSIBLE?
20x36 2 car garage with 2 doors, is this possible?
Hi I'm getting a 20' X 36' X 9'metal garage built
I would LIKE 2 8x8 doors on gable end
but builder (eversafe) says that cannot be done on a 20' wide garage
Carolina Carports DOES offer one with 2 8X8 doors 20' wide
but I already put money on...
