Yeah, I’m happy with it. Only drawback to the situation is I want to extend the driveway back to garage eventually, but have to wait until we transition to public sewer first. At that point I’ll get 10% land usage back and be able to finish everything.

If I was able to bury the distribution wires coming into my house that are at the center of the picture, that could potentially give me the space I’m looking for.

That’s what gets me… they literally are about a foot away from going over the covered porch of the house.

I've been trying to remap the area in which I could move it. The only plausible solution is to move the garage to the right side of the property, which with the 10' setback, would leave me about 12' deep and around 25' long.
