just made the cart, bought the two craftsman cabinets... the chassis was just some scrap 3" angle, a couple scraps of like 6x8 tube cut up to 'U' and 'L' for the end bottoms, 1" thick rubber blocks bolted thru to hold boxes to 'chassis'... wanted it to be a 'lowrider' as floors at work are bad...
