Not my experience. Our Rinnai water heater flashes a code every year reminding you to flush the system. The instructions are in the manual. Using a pump circulate 4 gallons of white vinegar for 1 hour, very easy.

Ran across this video and thought it might be of help to others as well. It shows the right way to set tile and the consequences of not doing it the right way.

I think you are going to have an issue when using the bench, having the lights behind you will cast a shadow and you won't be able to see what you are working on.
