I received multiple bids for a 39 X 50 pad. They ranged from $14000 to $27000. I ended up doing the forming and rebar myself and hiring concrete finishers for around $9500.
I would get more bids.

I remember reading about someone having a problem with a slow lift. After I replaced the rams on mine, I added Dextron instead of the Hydraulic fluid I had used. Benpak recommended Dextron. The lift comes down faster with or without a vehicle. Maybe changing fluid will help.

There is much to consider when tring to swap from a 3ph motor to a 1 ph motor due to a 3hp 3phase 230v. motor (approx. 9.5 amps)pulls less than a 3hp 1phase 230v. motor(approx. 17 amps).

#2 THHN wire is good for 130 amps. That is what I ran for my shop with a #8 ground at 140 ft. #3 THHN is good for 110 amps. 2/0 THHN is good for 195 amps. 2/0 requires a #4 ground.
