Yup I've thought about building the stairs first then the boxes, but I do like the idea of an 'all -in-one' setup. Keep the ideas coming :D

I'm thinking about building a platform to shelve random items and keep the floor below uncluttered. I've seen these cubby boxes idea all over the place and really like the concept/design of it. I'm fairly new to all of the wood construction and would like to know how can these be built easily...

ehh pretty sure the bigger you make it the more stuff you find to shove in/store - Some of the organization tends to lack also, since you 'know' you have plenty of room.

Looking really good and very simplistic, which I enjoy for simple builds. Keeping the weight low is also a plus in my book. Good work!

Sub'd this is pretty epic - There's actually quite a few builders/fabricators that do leave their signature hidden inside a project, it's probably more fun to find your own though. haha

The level of insulation for a simple garage is massive, but as stated well worth it - Make sure you have good ventilation too if you start doing heavy work and get dust/paint in the air. Do you plan on keeping it 'cool' also during the summer, besides the fan?

I'm on a miller diversion 165 and wish I would've spent a bit more to get the 180, but it's pretty good so far (still learning). I've seen the guy on weldingtipsandtricks using the Everlast quite a bit and seems to be happy with it. He has the 210ext which they do not make anymore, but you can...

I would try it with the flux core, as it runs a little hotter and may be able to get more penetration than the mig setup. Just throwing it out there. Just post up a vid of what you're trying to do and the setup - May help figure out if you're doing something wrong.
