Recently purchased a YA700 ******** of a guy on Craigslist who said it quit working. Appears the seal blew. So, sent a PM to Hiball for the instructions & rebuild kit. Attaching a picture of my old jack (blue) from Harbor Freight that blew a seal as well after 4 years, and the new one.
