I have the same pair and would like to see how they're intended to be used. They shape (crimp) and shear a wire at the same time but look like there's more to them than just that operation. They piggy-backed their way into my garage in an ebay lot buy.

Does anyone recognize this logo? It has an H and a W or a M and an H combined in a circle.
It's on a vintage 5/8-3/4 open end wrench with no other markings.

I'm a bit late to the party, but these 2 open ended Dasco wrenches piggy-backed their way into my garage in a vintage wrench lot I just purchased off of ebay. This thread is pretty much all I can find on them.
1 is 3/8 - 7/16 with 1723 on reverse
1 is 3/8 - 1/2 with 1723-A on reverse
