Would be best to nail 1x4 strapping on top of the truss then staple the wire on top of it especially if your trusses are two feet apart.

Thanks for your input. I do have A & B and did a test application on the floor and it is a basecoat and adheres excellent. On the same note do you think I can apply a color coat from another manufacturer (before clear coat) as long as it is a 2 part epoxy??
