quick addition done that day for test run...successful...took it home and painted it..ready for sales display now...it works great...we were very happy with our test results..Thanks for the compliment...we are trying to make everything safe and user friendly...we are bringing out a plasma torch...
if you whip/oscillate your electrode, do not move more than the thickness of your electrode (rod)that way you stay in your puddle longer. Overlap your stringers by 1/3 of your puddle size...brace yourself as best as you can...I preferred lead elbow against side,not hand holding stinger side...

I appreciate the feedback,as that's how we get better by learning..I find it frustrating that some of the things/products I see posted on the internet,don't consider safety,ergonomics..tool damage etc... and our goal is to fix that as much as we can. The safer you can make somebodies job/work...
Agree,I've been a welder for 43 years in many different scenario's and just want to help others get better,be safer etc.... Career is over thanks to neck and knee injuries...so this is my new start...def. don't want to get off on the wrong foot here..so Thanks for the advice! :)

We got a good chopsaw from there and found some strong magnets at a good price, that we are using for our weld equipment holders ie: mig gun holders,mig accessory holders and our 3 sided mount cutting torch holder. Saw a few good deals there.
