Does anyone have a preference between the Autel MK808 and the Xtool D7?

They have really let me down as well. I asked them for a timeframe to ship some of the XL box spline wrenchs in February. Told me they would ship them 3.22.22 that day came and went and the new ETA continued to push back. What actually is disappointing is that they randomly cancelled my order...
