    Moving wheelless car?

I read this post and had nothing to add, i then read another post (Gun wall storage ideas?) that led me to check out "mikec35" car build and saw this: http://s81.photobucket.com/user/mikec35/media/DSCN0827.jpg.html?sort=2&o=2 Not sure if he made it, or got it somewhere.

    Need some lift advice please!!

That is cool. Leaving that on the back burner. That does solve the storage problem, as long as the storage is long term, over the winter. If you like to cycle the cars, moving the wheel adapters is going to be a pain. My vote is for a 4 post, I have not had a job that I could not do with...

    Garage floor for Welding

    Lift or pit?

I wonder if some guys like Pits because it's reminiscent. Go for the lift, a 4 post with a caster kit, they are very versatile.

    Scaffolding for 12' ceiling install?

I was hesitant to buy them because I thought I would only need them once. I final got 3 of them for a siding job, and I love them. When not being used for their intended purpose, I use them as work tables.

    Garage floor for Welding

Burnished steel trowel and then I used a penetrating concrete sealer. The smooth surface makes clean up easy, but the sealer only "resists" oil, so you have to remove it within a day or so or it will stain. http://www.concretesealersusa.com/penetrating-concrete-sealers/

    Wider or deeper ?

Both have their advantages, more important would be the ceiling, 12'+ with scissor truss. With your stated uses, and 4 post lift is a must. Why hunch over to wax you Hot Rod?
