What is the lifespan of a lift like the Rotary SPO12, that was used daily in a commercial setting, before parts need to start being replaced/rebuilt?

Your garage looks great. It is exactly what I want. Can you elaborate on why Morton recessed the OSB behind the wainscoting? Is that in case you decided to use stone/brick?
