I am the son of an old school machinist. My father was always fabricating in the garage, he only purchased things if he could not build it. For extra money he would fix peoples cars, trucks or whatever they needed to be fixed. I worked in a machine shop with him while in High School and then got a job as a Machinist in the Aerospace industry after I graduated high school. 10 years later (1998) I moved into Tool Design where I designed fixtures, jigs and anything needed for milling, turning, grinding, gear grinding and gear cutting. I worked that job for about 20 years of my 34 year career, left aerospace for several years and now back in it but now working with composites.
