Thats exactly what I am looking for. What are the problems with financing it?

A few years ago I remember stumbling upon a website where they had Pole Barn/Shops with livings areas above them. They were really nice looking, 2-3 bedrooms, nice kitchen etc. I wish I could remember the website :(
