    Power washer easy access ideas?

This might help. Wall mounted pressure washer and reel set up.

    Finger joint 2x4 wall studs.

I used them 20 years ago when I was a framing sub. We didn't care for them but that's what the GC bought.

Use a grounding rod driver with a SDS. Use rebar or metal rod.

Sanding down metal HVAC covers before painting

I wouldn't go higher than 220. Just sand the roller texture off.

I have the Thorogood Moc toe in a safety toe. By far the most comfortable boot I have ever had.

Need recommendations on a quality exterior primer.

I'm painting my house now and the siding was really dried out. I'm using Ben Moore's Fresh Start. I used to be a house painter and I'm impressed with it.

Anyone vibration dampen their metal siding before insulating?

You could try butyl tape. It's cheap. Lots of people claim it works for vibration dampening. I'm personally skeptical of it.

Filling blocks w Core Fill Grout. Easier way?

I would also drill the rebar in. Would it be helpful to mix on a platform so you could dump from the mix bucket instead of scooping it out ? Maybe use an orbital sander to vibrate it through the funnel faster. I have to do the same thing this winter but I dont have the extra wide bottom plate...

    Turquoise paint

I would go to a real paint store. Box stores don't know how to match by eye. A real paint store can match anything in any product.

Anybody build their own backyard deck?

I've rebuilt a few decks and I would suggest using some sort of joist protection.
