I just bought a used kwiklift. The company went out of business earlier this year, so their website is defunct. The thing seems pretty self explanatory, but I'd like to make sure I'm not missing anything. I know there are a few members here that have these lifts. I was wondering if someone would...

VR1 is what I run in my classic muscle cars as well. I can find it at any autoparts store and it has plenty of zinc. I use straight 30w.

The TD6MR has a single lock in the middle. There is a cable that releases it when you lower the lift. I always look to make sure it engaged as the spring that engages it is pretty light. It seems safe enough to me.

I see. It's just a bit smaller. I would have gotten this one, if I would have seen it. My garage ceiling is too low to raise mine all the way up with a car on it.

I have one. It's great for swapping wheels or brake work. I couldn't just drive over the lift with my '69 Mustang. I didn't have enough clearance for my headers and power steering parts. I had to make some 2x12 platforms to run along side of the lift to give me some extra clearance. There...
