I did end up finding a good deal on a motor/compressor off an old unit. it was already kind of cobbled together but for $150 it was worth the gamble. The compressor head is actually some sort of old refigeration pump by the looks of it. I will either end up with a nice running unit or not...

I checked around on marketplace pretty much every single three phase compressor was over $1000, except for these two, the same guy has them both and he wants $650 each. The blue one is three phase the other one is 240, of course he doesn’t have Any data plates or model numbers or anything.

Im in Eastern Iowa, I thought I entered that when I registered. Guess I never considered putting a different motor on one of those 3 phase units, I have seen some of them on used market.
