Thanks DFB, it looks the full size 9 drawer where from about 1988 to 1996 for sure, possibly up to 1999, in the red color. What was the price on the brown machinist 9 drawer in 2000? What are you guys using the top 3 shallow drawers for?

Thanks WNYflyer for the price, are you sure that wasn't on close out or something? That seems awfully cheap. I would like to hear what the others paid. I would guess a box like that would cost close to a thousand now a days, just for the bottom.

Hey Tool Pants.. Is that a 26'' craftsman, bottom box in the second pic in post #10? I just inherited one of these small side boxes from my Dad, along with a 9 drawer lower box,a top, and side cabinet. I can't believe these little boxes are selling for what they are. They are very nice and handy.

Ok guys, I found the instructions for this tool, thank goodness, it was always in the back of my mind of what it was. It's called a, Air Hammer Impact Wrench AH5001 What is this tool used for? The Air Hammer Impact wrench allows access to places that a standard impact wrench would not fit...

Thanks for the pics Gazza... This tool is much different, as mentioned, it probably is some sort of spanner wrench for special equipment.

You may be on to something, it does seem like those ears are like a spanner wrench. He worked on hydraulics for sure. He worked on old stuff, new stuff, and anything in between.

The swivel/ arm, part moves with the 1/2'' socket holder, or the socket. Is the harmonic puller different?

The head and the swivel move together, it's like one piece. The head will not move unless the swivel does also. The swivel part has them 2 round ears on it, I wonder if there is another part to this, that connects to them round ears. I'm really surprised that no one knows what it is yet. It...

Okay guys, I put some new pics in my first post. The only thing that was mentioned that makes sense is a timing belt or some kind of pully, but it doesn't ratchet, wouldn't a set-up like that need to ratchet?
