It also came with the stone refacer and wooden box that has the tools for doing valve seats. It will be great for my Model A engine projects.
Lots of patina on this 1950s Craftsman Machinest Tool Box.
Will probably leave as is after a good cleaning.
I need to locate some tool box felt and then off to work it goes!
Trying to complete a Craftsman C Series tool set.
I have the toolbox, 1/2" sockets, and one extension. Need a 1/2" ratchet, speeder, bar, t handle. Also would like to add a 3/8 socket set and wrenches from the same era.
I need 1" cones and a 11/16" spindle and cones for my Snap-on brake lathe. Made by Kwikway, model 102.
Pictured is a 1 7/8 spindle to show the mounting flange.
In need of the fixture pictured. Used to set up a model a ford block in a Tobin arp line bore machine. For size reference the round plugs are about 1.6" in dia, the bore is 1.125.
We have used gas trimmers for home, heavy work, and ranch use for 30 years or so. Have used most common brands, including Still, Husquvarna, and Red Max. Ya get what you pay for. I've hav my RedMax for 15 yrs or so. One new head and replacing fuel lines once. It hurts a little up front but...
