    Yep. We sell them at our store.....they are meant to show the customer that they can get the garage in the photo for a set price....usually the kit garage has 2x4 walls, white siding and plain roofing.... More free than not, it brings the customer in, and then we 'upgrade' them to the siding...

    Build questions: Heated floor in -40F to 100F climate?

    I am in Geraldton, Ontario....same weather as you. I would insulate the floor as much as possible. Also, get air-entraining in the concrete when you pour it....it will help prevent cracking in extreme weather.
