Thanks... The Attic/Loft space is done with the Attic Truss' only. One of the down sides to a finished basement and attic is that you end up with a little less storage space. It really is mostly for some light extra storage... seasonal Christmas, Camping gear, etc. When I have 4 spare engines...

We just added that on top to break the roof line up a little on a fairly large wall, so just set that on top of the sheathing.

Okay guys.... sorry for the long gap in updates! I find myself... a little bit like a artist maybe... not wanting to show anyone until the work of art until it finished. Although not totoall done, we've made some great progress and I'm pretty happy with the finished product and so wanted to...

Turbo, I am about to kick off the same project... just finishing a 26'x36' area and have located a slighly used Modine PDP125. I believe it will be a very similar install, Horizontal Venting (one less bend inside). I came across this kit...

Thanks all... Although not as big as some of the beautiful garages I've seen in here, I have to admit to being pretty stoked on it coming together.

I'm a first Gen Nova guy... but I sold my last one on the move east and wanted to get the shop up before I located another. For now, just my motorcycles... 2004 Electra Glide: 1971 Moto Guzzi V7 Special (an Ambassador in the US...) ...and a YZ40F dirtbike.

The renderings were done by a landscape architect.... mostly to give the wife an idea of what I was thinking about. It started out as a fairly square building, then I took that image and modified in Microsoft Paint. I just added details, the hip on the roof, moved the window on the front...

It is/was a nice piece of property, but I don't think the previous owners were outdoor people. They had been in the house since new (10 years) and just let the backyard creep in until the grass yard was only a few feet. Amazing what the guy did with a skidsteer and some skill.... all in one day!
