No question this is hurting the new tire side of my business, but little effect on the used. Folks buying used are not expecting installs. Though being able to do it would help.

I dont mind paying extra to have good equipment, I can depend on, wont damage peoples rims, can manage large and small rims.

Where are you located? Is that competitive for your area? Here lowest is $10, highest is $20 that I am aware of.

Here new tires have a $3 tire fee that the customer pays which goes to a government tire recycling program. When you remove a tires customers they come pick up.
