Last question i swear.....I need to make a discharge pipe .....from head to check valve....what is the best grade or type of copper to use? there is a 3/4 compression at the head and check valve, so no need to flare it...can i use just regular copper pipe from lowes that you would use in your...

that is exactly what i need to know thank you very much.....yes it is the intercooler.....i dont have an aftercooler either just the copper line to the check valve(in the middle of the tank)....and my gauge and receiver saftey valve are on the other side of my tank w/ the pressure switch....

i could not find anyone local that sells saylor-beall parts nor could i find a website that offered factory parts.....i figured if i could just get what psi it is i can pick one up from my local napa.....unless someone knows a site that has factory parts?

ok thanks .....where is the reciever? is that where the filter is? i have a tee on the tank that has a pop off and a gauge and there is a hole on the aftercooler where one should be?that is the one i dont know what psi to use....didnt see anywhere else on the pump for one...

tank looks good not much rust if any on the inside......i can see in there w/ a light if i take out one of the big plugs.....i will try the pressure test thou....but this safety valve isnt for the tank...it seems like it is used to protect the aftercooler in case of a pressure build up....that...

the output for the tank is on the other side of the head ......pics on saylor-beall's website shows a safety blowoff valve....just cant find out what the pressure should be dont want to put a 200 if it calls for a 175 for example dont know if it would matter or not.....and as for my mag starter...

just need to know the psi on the saftey valve ......cant find info about it anywhere...

Anyone know what size valve (how much PSI)should go in aftercooler? or does something else go there? how bout wiring how can i wire my pressure switch in??? any brand switch better than others? what should i look for when buying one?

I just bought this compressor for a hundred bucks, but some parts are missing b/c the guy needed them for some other project... ..so i need some help figuring out what i need to get this runnin again.....hope someone can help me out.... there are no tags anywhere on the tank i can find the motor...
