Have not put any insulation on top yet, plan to get a blower and blow insulation all above. No issues with condensation yet.

So here are some before and after pictures of the floor. It turned out "okay" -- it has some flaws, but all in all it is a floor. EpoxyCoat seems to be good stuff, have not pulled a car in it yet but I suspect it will work out well. It was in between a pain in the *** and easy to coat/install.

Will post up some pictures tonight of the inside - but tonight and tomorrow will be putting down Epoxy-Coat! In a way, dreading it -- not sure what to expect; hope all goes smooth and good!
