My garage 2 Bay detached, was only a couple months old when I moved in. The previous owner had the floor poured with fiber. Why I have no clue, as it is your typical 2 car garage which he built mainly for storage. I thought nothing of it at the time. I used a shirwin williams 2 part epoxy...
