Decided to buy a 4" diamond wheel to put on my angle grinder to "spot treat" them. It might have been okay to paint over....I was just being ****.

Tried to fit it all in the title. Been trying to prep the floor for two weeks and there are still white streaks, even after gas power washing. It's almost impossible to get the floor clean. The white streaks aren't as white as a fresh etch...can I just spot sand these with say 40 grit paper...
