Not a warehouse deal, but great price on these replacement ear cushion for 3M Worktunes and Peltor (not all, so check model). They're gel and really comfy (though put a finger under them to break the seal when removing them) as well as a bit taller to give more room for ears. Full 3M brand...

You could always try to fabricate your own slam latch bolts. Would probably be better built, but would also probably be more expensive. Could also just modify a cheap metal one and put a plastic lip/replace the bolt to not mar the paint as badly as steel or aluminum...
