I.ve had my H F bead roller for about 6 years, I just pulled it apart to check it out. The shafts were gauled in the "bearing blocks, and the allen screws holding th gears were loose. The first thing to do to one is add grease Zerks for the Bearing blocks. I added angle iron frame reinforcements...
