If you build up - second story or build into a hill - have a plan in the event of an accident. If a household member suddenly has broken ankles, hip, whatever, it will be tough to get them up and down for doctor appointments. Learned this the hard way but had just moved into a single story...

Until tonight the 10" aluminum pipe wrenches still showed a higher price on clearance. Found they had dropped to $3.38 for 10" aluminum pipe wrench #330199 $4.68 for 18" cast iron pipe wrench #330209 11.19 for kobalt 5 pc pliers set #253677 (web pages not coming right now for links)
