    I have the same lift and had a leaky cylinder a few years back. Bought the complete seal kit- YG02-9180 and had a hydraulic shop do the rebuild. They charged me around $200.

    I have exact same size garage with about 11' ceiling height and an older direct lift 4 post and it works great for me. I have 2 9'x7' doors with a high lift conversion for the door on the left side. My current cars that all fit lifted with either one comfortably under the lift- Volvo S60R, E46...

    Bendpak cylinder rebuild

    I had a similar leak with my Direct Lift 4 post cylinder. Bought a factory seal kit and took to a local hydraulic shop (NYC area). They charged me around $175 to reseal. Has worked great since with no leaks but does make a groan sound at times now that it didn't make before.
